This has been quite the fun year -- as an artist, an author, a fitness enthusiast and as a husband and father and thankfully, I got to hare some of that with all of you!

I started the year at 292 pounds with 24% fat and dropped to a good 242 pounds with 16.2 % body fat.

Wherever I Feel, the upcoming 2nd album, is at almost 90% completion. I can't wait to share this new album as soon as it's done in 2016!

Lorimer turned 2 and thus far has manifested herself as the most awesome 2 year old a father could possibly have -- calling me her best friend, hugging and kissing and today learned to go up and down the stairs in the house by herself without as much as a bump!

2016 is looking to be an awesome but also a challenging year. There are things I've got in development, things I want to as well. If 2015 sucked for you, 2016 should be seen as an opportunity for positive change -- for your mind, body, spirit, soul and environment.
